OFFICE INTEGRATED DESIGN, INTERIOR DESIGN, STRATEGIC SPACE PLANNING
By providing integrated design services (architectural, systems, structures) as well as by constantly keeping under strict control all project activities, we place ourselves in the position of being the unique Client reference during the entire development of the project.
We design new office spaces capable of providing a recognisable image and an innovative design which results in improved psychological and physical comfort of workers, as well as in higher internal efficiency and environmental quality.
The target is to create efficient offices both from costs side and space utilization, but also and above all that guarantee the physical and psychological wellness of the people occupying them.
Through the strategic space planning and analysis of Clients ways of working, headcount organization and space standards, we propose new and more efficient uses of the working areas.
We propose a new and more efficient use of the working space, introducing “Smart” ways of working, Activity Based, supported by a high level of technology, to create new efficient, functional and dynamic offices.
We design new spaces or transform existing ones with a specific attention to environmental sustainability, with a “Green eye” oriented to Energy Saving and to a rational use of the resources.
SITE MANAGEMENT
We manage the whole fit out process through a careful site works coordination (“Direzione Lavori”), becoming the only reference for Clients and guaranteeing a tight control of time, costs and quality.
LOCAL AUTHORITIES PERMITS
We define and prepare deliverables and documents requested by law (Municipality, Heritage, Landscape, Cadastre…), follow up with Local Authorities the issue of the necessary permits, and deal with energetic requirements (Legge 10, APE,…).
HEALTH AND SAFETY COORDINATION
We carry out Health and Safety Services Coordination during design and construction phases and can assumes the role of “Responsabile dei lavori” as per D.lgs 81/08
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We manage the whole design process from the preliminary conception to the final move-in, through all phases as estimate and cost control management, organization and time management, coordination of tenders and bids, suppliers management, constant analysis and quality control.
